This brings me to the point that the people who will likely enjoy Noodle Bar the most are those not familiar with authentic Asian food, which is not a bad thing per se, but it helps knowing in advance to expect food catered toward a white audience. Topped with romesco sauce, I found it to be a nice pairing, slightly tangy, although not exactly pleasant when you inhale and choke on a red pepper flake or two. The noodles had a bouncy al dente texture and the accompanying veggies were all fresh. Use as directed, or apply as needed. I tried the shishito peppers when they were on special and they were charred and flavored really nicely.  I did have an interesting specialty beer.  It was snowing outside so it was nice to get some warm ramen. The smoked pork belly was the best part of that ramen. It was also a great counter balance to the spicy noodles, with it's pickled shiitake mushrooms and cucumbers. We pretty much got three or four bites each. If you're in the area and are in the mood for slightly overpriced Asian fusion in a trendy environment, I would give this place a visit. The bartender who served us was really knowledgeable about the menu and especially about the ingredients in all of the cocktails.
